Southern Healthcare currently has around 160 people
working in 4 homes, which are situated in the beautiful
coastal areas of South Devon.
We do our utmost to create a homely, family atmosphere,
where our people work together with residents, relatives
and visitors, in our joint aim of providing excellence
in care.
We are always interested to hear from Nurses and Carers
who have experience of working in the nursing and caring
profession or from people looking for a change in

We induct all Carers and Nurses to our induction
standards and offer full training as well as applicable
NVQ training at the appropriate level as soon as you are
ready.

residents.
