Day Care Partner

Day Care Partner required – Full time

The Seaton is registered Outstanding by the CQC and is an award-winning home. The Seaton cares for residents with complex health needs.

The Role: – working as a Care Partner, caring for an age group ranging from 55-100 years old with complex needs either full or part time with a starting hourly rate of £10.85 experience in care homes is an advantage but not essential as we will support you into the role. The Seaton is a small friendly home with a maximum of 28 beds, you will work with a team of care and clinical partners to make a great day for the residents The shifts are 12 hours, and run from 7pm -7am, We offer an enhanced rate of pay for covering in an emergency. The Training: – We offer paid training for clinical updates and plenty of other mandatory and feelings-based training sessions either via the web or face to face.

You: – A fun-loving, easy-going personality to help make our resident’s day all the better by being here.

Our Daily Team: – 1 nurse works on night shift along with 2 carers, whilst in the day there may be one to 2 nurses who are supported by a strong team including the Home Manager, Administrator, Team Leaders, Senior Healthcare Assistants and Healthcare Assistants, Activity, and support staff, all of whom strive to make every day special for the 26-28 residents that live with us.
