The Role: – working as a Clinical Partner RGN caring for an age group ranging from 55-100 years old with complex needs either full or part time with a starting hourly rate of £19.50 (Pay review pending). Proven experience in leading teams and running shifts is essential. The Seaton is a small friendly home with a maximum of 28 beds. While we do care for those with dementia we do not predominantly do so – more details can be discussed if you call.
The shifts are 12 hours, and run from 7pm -7am, the breaks are paid. We offer an enhanced rate of pay for covering in an emergency. Apply for further details.
The Training: – We offer paid training for clinical updates and plenty of other mandatory and feelings-based training sessions either via the web or face to face.

Our Daily Team: – 1 Clinical Partner works on night shift along with 2 care Partners and are supported by a strong team including the Home Manager, Administrator, Team Leaders, Senior Healthcare Assistants and Healthcare Assistants, Activity, and support staff, all of whom strive to make every day special for the 26-28 residents that live with us.
