Southern Healthcare was the proud sponsor of the Exeter Baton Relay which took place through the streets of the city and involved local residents and community groups. The event was organised by Exeter Dementia Action Alliance (EDAA), which is marking its fifth anniversary. The group campaigns for increased awareness of dementia and to coordinate services for those affected by the disease.
Residents of the Old Rectory were among those taking part in the relay, including the home’s oldest resident, 103-year-old Muriel Dunford.
