The Old Rectory Testimonials
“The care provided at The Old Rectory has been excellent from start to finish. My mother suffered from dementia and the care the home provided was tailored to her individual needs. The staff always treated her with dignity and respect and I always has confidence that my mother was being well cared for. “
“This is a wonderful home my mother is there for respite but may stay. Residents are so well looked after; they are monitored during the day for food and fluid intake, linen always clean and residents are kept spotless, nothing too much trouble. Carers are great, friendly and happy, nurses always on hand to talk to.”
“We would like to say ‘thank you so much’ to you all for taking care of Mum over the last 4 ½ years. We would particularly like to express our thanks for the care and kindness shown to Mum and her family during the last difficult weeks. You could not have done more.”
“Dear All, just a note to say a very big thank you to every one for all you did to make Mum’s birthday special. It was really kind of you to organise a cake. It was lovely to see how thrilled Mum looked. Thank you for all your care and kindness and for the support.”
“We found this home to be great for mum, the carers love and cared for her right to the end. We couldn’t have asked for more. If we had any problems I spoke to the manager and we came to an agreement to suit both sides which was great. The level of care was very good.”
“The care and kindness shown to my dad in his short stay here was amazing, we loved to visit as the welcome was made to us. A fun loving, friendly team that made my Dad’s last month’s a happy time. The staff were all so amazing, making this feel like a real family home.”
